"This was probably a one-off situation that could have been avoided with proper advance notice. In the week leading up to our arrival, we received three notifications asking us to check in and pay for our stay—this was confusing, as I had already paid. Once I replied stating that I would settle any remaining balance at check-in, the notifications stopped. Upon arrival, it was clear the hotel was preparing to host a wedding. "Ideal spot to explore St Denis. Simple double bed and bathroom but clean and quiet with a/c. There is a communal pool (tiny plunge), kitchen and fridge. The rooms and building are secure with keypad and locks. "

"L'hôtel est récent, tout est donc en très bon état. De maniere generale, les prestations sont très bonnes. Le petit déjeuner est varié et tout est fait maison. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, ont toutes une vue mer, et sont bien isolées. Le service de chambre est irréprochable. Il faut prendre la voiture car il n'y a pas d'activités (plages,restaurants, superettes) autour de l'hôtel. Les petits points négatifs : l'accès au SPA est payant 30€ avec une réduction de 10€ si vous réservez...

"Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys. "
