Bad manage but a nice yacht

So first of all they totally forgot about my booking till I actually called to find out becoz there were no information abt how I can reach the boat even after I paid. The trip and the yacht itself is in a very gd condition and nice, I really enjoyed the whole experience. The agreed check-out time is 10am! However they were sending some random people to get on the yacht at 9 without noticing us which is Absolutely ridiculous, and saying they need to clean the yacht and we need to leave before 10 am ?? Bcaz there were someone else waiting to take the yacht at 10 ?? What an awful managment. First time I got ask to leave before the agreed check-out time, and random cleaner just jump on the yacht which is quite scary and no privacy at all.
