The Staff: work sometimes 16hr days and do their best to speak i the language of thwir guests. They will bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of. Somwtimea their responses are curt, but never rude. They are mostly cheeky and full of vibrant banter when able. The hotel: if you can, get a sea view room. The roms with the Jacuzzi are on the internal side of the hotel. The decor is veryuch in the region of opulence. There are a few fine touches that have let the place down but you can ignore them and be very comfortable.

Kaisol Romance
Attallah really took care of me. He made sure all my concerns were addressed. He did an amazing job cleaning my room and made the extra efforts to make sure the room was decorated nicely. A special thank you also goes out to Mahmoud at the Golf Cart Rental. Both Attallah and Mahmoud sure my experience at the hotel was amazing. They provided me with great customer service and I truly appreciate all their efforts. Additionally the food and drinks served at the hotel were equally as good, with a lot of options and varieties to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The hotel & room was lovely. The swimming pools where smaller than expected. The location is quite, which we wanted, but more remote than we expected, it wasn't as easy to nip into Hurghada, as you might think. The staff really made the place, but they where always super busy, so on occasions forgot our drinks order, but really apologies for it. I would stay again. Top tip, remember to haggle on the cost of the spa treatment & boat trips.

Wir hatten ein grosses wunderbares Zimmer mit Meersicht. Natürlich schon etwas älter aber tip top in schuss. Das Buffet war hervorragend, abwechslungsreich und immer gut gefüllt. Besonders der Service mit Rosalin und Lady war super und immer mit einem Lächeln für uns da 👍👍👍. Es ist in der Umgebung nicht viel los, das Hotel gibt sich aber Mühe jeden Abend ein Programm auf die Beine zu stellen. Die Gästebetreuer machen regelmässig Rundgänge am Strand und der Anlage. Anregungen wurden bei uns immer sofort umgesetzt, kompliment. Alles sehr gut und für ruhesuchende Erholurlauber sehr zu empfehlen.

Die ganze Hotelanlage war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich & aufmerksam. Nach zwei/drei Tagen kannten die Kellner uns so gut, dass uns ohne zu fragen Saft zum Frühstück & Wein zum Abendessen gebracht wurde. Auch die Drinks an der Bar waren schwer leer zu bekommen, da meist die ein Neuer auf den Weg war bevor wir einen bestellen konnten.

Had a great 8 days at this hotel.workers like Ibrahim at the reception to George st the Italian restaurant and so many y others I don’t recall their names were amazing they go out of their way to satisfy you in any way they can. Great thanks all the chefs we had great cooking and lots of variety.entertainment changed everyday wonderful. Next time we will stay longer. Thanks to the great team. Great location right on the Sanady beach. I’ve traveled all over the world looking for crystal water beach with normal sandy shoe resorts with no weeds lying on the beach, Sahl hashish and this resort in particular has it all. All inclusive deal is the way to go, they have one of the best open buffet . Very generous buffet. I can’t say enough about the excursions that you can do to make it unique vacation. I’ll think twice before I choose a different destination for my next vacation. 5 stars

Un très bon endroit pour un parfait repos
Un très bon séjour, avec une belle chambre, bien équipée, large lit confortable, grande salle de bains, personnel au petit soin, une belle piscine chauffée, une très belle plage privée (dommage que les transats soient anciens), et un super buffet! Et un grand merci à Ibrahim à la réception et Mohamed (à l'entretien de la chambre) pour ses décorations et gentillesse.

Very good service especially from reception staff. Special thanks to ibrahim who helped us during our stay. Room was always cleaned promptly. Jacuzzi on the balcony was totally amazing. Breakfast was great with their own omlette chef.

Catching some sun while winter
Overall our stay was ok. Room was already a little bit old, shower pressure was super low and hard to adjust. Air conditioner was noisy and could not warm up. Staff was friendly and helpful, beach is alright and clean.

Great Sunny Days
Amazing days at Sunrise. The resort is really clean, with great food options for the all inclusive package. We highlight food quality from dinner at the Asian restaurant. Room was huge and comfy. Only two things need improvement: 1) reception staff is not friendly and they are not always willing to help; and 2) other resorts may have more activities - by walking in the shore, we saw other places aparently with more options.

Excellent service from all facilities. Beach staff, restaurant staff, reception, room cleaning. Came from Canada, and I have to admit this is the best hotel ever. beach is impeccable every day. Food is great with variety and delicious. Staff serving the food were quick and at the same time courteous/kind . Chefs were always around making sure all is well. All Desserts were excellent especially the oriental. Al la carte restaurants really good , Lebanese and Chinese were just amazing, didn’t get the chance to try Indian. All waiters gave excellent service, one to mention is Ebrahim, quick and professional in dealing with us. But honestly all waiters were wonderful. Food and beverage manager always there to make sure all is running smoothly and very pleasant to deal with. Reception always attentive to our needs and helps to the best of their ability. One that always stand out is Ibrahim at reception. He is an excellent multi tasker and help when needed. Snorkeling trips is a must, braccuda arranged it and was honest as to what to expect and We liked that especially in Egypt. Safari also was excellent we loved the private 3-6 tour (not too long and not too short) Once again Beach just wow. Hotel wow. Will definitely come back again without hesitation.

A minha estadia foi muito melhor do que eu poderia imaginar. O staff foi extremamente atencioso e educado. Os quartos são lindos e de extremo conforto, bem limpos e espaçosos. A comida dos restaurantes agendados era sensacional e o mar em frente ao hotel era o mais lindo que já vi. Simplesmente tudo perfeito!
