I truly felt welcome by staff. Swasy was the one who checked me in. Hotel is a newer property with all the bells ans whistles. A gym, courtyard, laundry, social area and bicycles for rent. Truly a beautiful place

Overall a great stay. We usually stay there 3-4 times a year. This stay everything was great except for the room service. During our 3-night stay they never serviced our room. They didn’t take out the trash or provide fresh towels. When I asked one of the room attendance, I saw outside if they can clean our room, she rolled her eyes and sighed. That was disappointing, but everything else was great, including the front desk and food staff.

Always enjoy our stay at the Element, comfy beds, yummy fresh breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was not open, and the internet went down but only for an hour or so, and our bathroom sink was clogged but other than that we had a nice stay. It is in a good location between downtown and the airport.
