"This is a wonderful hotel. The staff is friendly, but not nearly as helpful as you might think. They were unable to provide me a receipt when checking out. Now I will have to chase it from home. The bar's computer was down and they neglected to tell me that they could only accept cash until after I had ordered a second time. They pointed me to the ATM which had a $4.99 fee. Reluctantly, they discounted the order by that much, but... I will stay there again, perhaps."

"The room was clean and well stocked. We had the leaked shower faucet and broken tower rod. But other than that it was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and explained everything. She also let us checkin early ( like 10 AM early ) just for joining their free discount club. I was very greatful after driving more than 3 hours. We parked our car in the garage ( for extra $35 a day ) but we also found a free EV chargers so it was well worth it. We also bought the breakfast package and it was well worth it. Servers were nice and it was stocked with good fruits and stuff. Thank you and we'll stay again in the future."
