Bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were clean but there was so much noise from the adjacent freeway as well as other guest who appeared to be residents who were partying all night in the parking lot outside the rooms as well as above us on the upper floor.

It was really great they let me check in early no extra charge but room stink, car/tree air fresheners were shoved into air conditioning vent in room. Like 6/7. They left a candle lit in room to also try to mask smell. Someone fell off top balcony. Right above my room. Noisy af! Worked for the purpose but felt like I had to clean slower before use. N room set of my asthma because of mold smell.

Although the hotel is right by highway 5, the property is old and not well maintained. The website advertises a continental breakfast, but no such amenity was provided. Upon talking with the staff, when the property underwent new management, the new management chose to not provide certain amenities.

The room was clean and properly maintained. Parking was easy and area maintained. However there are signs of edgyness at the motel. For example there is no lobby. Checkin is done outside thru a window. The neighboring room seemed to have a party with local guests. The party spilled outside, it was noisy late into the evening. No one appeared to be in motel office to remedy the rowdiness.

There was a woman selling drugs from her hotel room three rooms down, there was a family living out of their car in the parking lot, homeless sleeping in the parking lot, as well as at both gas stations. There were very loud arguments with lots or swearing throughout the night. I parked my car at the Quality Inn which was well lit and nobody living/sleeping in the parking lot. I pushed the second bed against the door for security. Parker (clerk) was great, otherwise....

Upon checking out the owner accused of us of a hole in the wall that should have been seen before we even checked in. We had nothing to do with the hole in the wall and he should of known it was there before he rented room out instead of giving attitude to undeserving guest. He was a foreigner with different customs I guess

If it weren’t for the fact we had 3 day festival tickets and the price was right we wouldn’t stay here. We will not stay here again for the festival unless it’s our last option. The room was not clean to even the lowest of standards, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the room next to us must have had a long term resident or renter and the cigarette smoke from that room found it’s way into our room and I had to wash everything I brought even though it was in the suitcase the whole time. I even had to leave the suitcase in the garage for the weekend when we got home.

Not Family-Friendly – Deceptive and Disturbing Con

I stayed at Crossroads Inn in Sacramento on July 3 and had a terrible experience. The hotel was extremely dirty and felt unsafe from the moment I arrived. There was a strong smell of feces throughout the property, and there was dog poop directly in front of my room. The room itself was not clean, and the bathroom had no exhaust fan, making the air unbearable. The entire property looked neglected—I didn’t see any cleaning staff. The same person seemed to be managing the front desk and doing cleaning, which explains the lack of basic upkeep. The outside area was filthy, with trash scattered around, and no visible maintenance in sight. What’s worse, the photos online are completely misleading. The actual condition of the hotel is far worse than advertised. The environment also felt very unsafe, with suspicious guests and no security presence. This place is not suitable for families or even solo travelers. I highly recommend avoiding it — not worth the price or risk. I’ve attached photos to show the real condition. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

we immediately checked in didn't like the area and the way other tenants were behaving in and around the hotel so we asked if we could possibly cancel the rest of the days or at least pay some sort of fee but the front desk gave us a weird and confused look so we ended up having to pay for the entirety of the room for the 3 days and didn't even use a single one cause we ended up going to a different hotel for how bad it was
