The hotel is very clean, has a welcoming atmosphere, and has a side table with drinking water in the lobby (other places I've stayed don't offer that). The breakfast is a bonus, and the staff are all very friendly and attentive.

The hotel smelled wonderful, I actually commented my like to staff, and hotel was very clean. Rooms were large and comfortable. All staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Would stay here again.
