"We had to extend our stay in Watertown and this hotel was available but the price was higher then most surrounding hotels. It was worth the money. I highly recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. The selection is vast and everything is prepared nicely. The staff is friendly and responsive and the accommodations were very nice. If you’re going with the family you should ask the front desk for a s’mores night. Great way to spend a night with the kids. "

"Mold and mildew on one side of the tub. I dropped something on the bathroom floor and when I went down to pick it up, the floor was dirty. The breakfast was not good. No plates were available, only one small yogurt in the cooler, only sugared cereal selection (Fruit Loops and Frosted Flakes), and coffee machine dispensed some of the worse coffee I’ve ever had for breakfast. The waffles were good but it took two people to dispense the batter in a cup for the waffle iron. No tissues were available in the room (not a big deal). On a positive note, the linens were clean. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again in the future."

"I booked this hotel for the pool. Usually I stay in Fort Drum for a lower price, but travelling companion wanted a pool. When you search Watertown for hotels with a pool, this location is identified along with others with pools. A photo of the pool is the second photo for this listing and there is a second photo in the list. The search summary for the location shows a swimmer icon and the word "pool" is prominent in the description. But naw you gotta read the fine print. Upon arrival when we asked about pool hours, we learned it had not been open for 5 months. The night clerk sharing us this information was quite nice. But it was odd that he was wearing a Hawaiian type shirt featuring the Marvel/ Spider-Man character "Venom". And only upon check out did we learn that they can arrange for use of the pool at the Hampton Inn and Suites (was told there is common ownership of the Watertown locations). And many excuses given for the misleading Hotels.com listing. Hampton Inn and Suites was the other option I was considering booking ... because it has a pool. So, basically I have ended up paying $60 more for no additional value. Room is fine. Breakfast is fine. Disappointed that you need to study the fine print of the listing to see that there is no pool access - even though there were incredibly strong indicators that the pool was operational. Never again will I stay at this location or brand. Likely will skip the Hampton Inn too, given the common ownership/management."

The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, seriously a comfortable and relaxing environment. when I had a small issue, The staff went above and beyond in every way—friendly, attentive, and ready to help. Their incredible hospitality made the experience amazing! Overall, the service was beyond awesome, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay."
