"Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig in der Innenstadt, ist sowohl vom Bahnhof aus als auch mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen (eigene Garage). Die Zimmer sind großzügig, hell und freundlich. Nicht empfehlenswert sind die Zimmer an der Goethestraße. Die dort von früh morgens bis spät in die Nacht in kurzen Abständen fahrenden Straßenbahnen sind sehr laut, der Raum vibriert. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter gab uns nach einer sehr unruhigen Nacht dort ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof."

For the first time, I enjoyed a hotel room with a ten-foot ceiling, casement windows and four-ply toilet paper (good for wiping or a rough draft of your memoirs. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was made to feel at home. P.S. Do not scrimp on the breakfast buffet."
"Sept. 2025. Our 6 night stay at the Elaya Hotel in Leipzig's city centre was great. Many sights (museums, churches, the Leipzig Zoo) and wonderful eateries were within walking distance. The hotel was clean, safe, and well appointed. I would definitely return to this establishment for a future stay."
