Desafortunada experiencia.

El Hotel suele sobre vender sus habitaciones, a pesar de que pagas el servicio por adelantado y cuando uno llega a presentarse, dicen que te devuelven el dinero y que no te dan la habitación. Que resuelvas como puedas. Una pésima experiencia. Un mal servicio. Unas personas que no les interesa el bienestar de sus huéspedes. Muy desafortunada la experiencia.

Cómodo, en este momento en obras

El hotel es cómodo y regular wifi para trabajo. El restaurante lo cierran muy temprano y solo hay productos de paquetes, y la habitación estaba en primer piso, un poco incómodo la luz (enciende al fondo) y se refleja la luz del pasillo al acostarse, tocó perdió el favor de apagarla. Buena ubicación entre villa de Leyva y sutamarchan, la señora del restaurante muy atenta.
