"Great property!"

"Clean room, gym was good, staff super helpful"

"Very Nice Hotel overall. The only drawback is the very loud noise of the air-conditioner. I try to call for help around 10 pm, but no one receive the call, either the front desk or others."

"Disappointing. We have stayed at HWS several times in past 2 yrs. Before, we had nice rooms on 4th Floor but for past 2 stays, we've been told "no more availability" on this floor even though we paid extra for upper floor view rooms, reserving well in advance. "The dining area was exceptionally clean and what a gorgeous view of the Columbia River! The staff was super helpful. Even though there were renovations being done it didn’t interfere with our stay. Would highly recommend."

"Very professional staff. They were most accommodating."

"Very clean room, loved that they had a make up remover packet. Shower nice loved the hair dryer. Staff friendly. Breakfast good..."

Finally, there was no parking anywhere near the...

"Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. We would stay there again if we are traveling that way"

"Good value for the price and close to the airport with free shuttle."

"Friendly staff"

"Great place to stay. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and the lobby was well maintained. Excellent breakfast buffet!"
