Very nice except for the front desk service

The front desk staff appear to like to hide in the restaurant. Twice, in the two nights I was there, I wanted to talk to someone at the front desk and the three people who were supposed to be there were all in the restaurant, sitting and chatting at a table. The mini-bar keeps things like cheese or milk cold which is unusual in Swiss hotels in my experience. Like some other Sass-Fee hotels, you don't get your Saastal Card until breakfast on the day after you arrive. Check-in is slow if you wait for a welcome drink. The wifi connection is very good and I was able to hold a zoom call to the USA with only a couple of minutes when there was clear slowness in the connection. The shower was excellent. I had to ask for a kettle and when one arrived, it had no tea or coffee to go with it and the cup was removed after one day and I had to ask for it to be replaced. The in-room safe was too small for my computer. There was a large stain on the duvet cover. Hotels.com does not show the location correctly: the hotel is a good deal further and in a different direction from the bus station and parking area.

Very nice facility for R & R or an active stay skiing, touring, or hiking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was excellent. The room was comfortable, well appointed and very clean. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Saas Fee.

Ich weiß nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Ich war fast eine Woche dort und innerhalb dieser Woche haben wir keine Handseife bekommen, mussten unsere Hände mit Duschgel waschen. Davon abgesehen war das Personal sehr unfreundlich und arrogant gegenüber uns (blonde Frau mit längeren Haaren). Die Kellnerin konnte weder Englisch noch Deutsch. Also Wir haben uns in diesem Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft nicht wohl gefühlt. Außer die Shuttle Fahrer war alles andere Katastrophe.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, es ist alles sauber, der Spa ist super und das Frühstück auch. Auch nochmal vielen Dank an den sehr netten und lieben Chauffeur ( wissen leider keinen Namen ) der für uns immer da war, uns von der Liftstadion abgeholt hat und uns durch das Parkhaus gefahren hat ( haben unser Auto nicht gleich gefunden ), bitte liebe Grüße an ihn.
