This little hotel is a gem. Freshly and tastefully remodeled public spaces, friendly and personalized service. Very quiet area yet just 5-10 min walk to restaurants, shops and bus station. Good breakfast. Solid room. Great stay!

Une fois pas deux.

Prié de partir une heure avant le checkout annoncé sur Hôtel.com. Il n'y a pas de service de navette gratuite comme annoncé. Le transfert vers le parking est peinible à organiser... et ne veux pas toucher les bagages. Donc pas de bagagiste comme annoncé. Il n'y a pas non plus: - restaurant - bar - personelle polyglotte - spa Et ils preferent que vous soyez loin de la chambre vers 9-10h les matins pour le nettoyage. Parti très fâché.

In a nice quiet position in the town, but still easy to walk everywhere. Owners/staff were all lovely and helpful. Disappointed that it didn't have a sauna as there was a picture of it on the website, but that must be a picture of a different hotel in the Eden group. Our room was lovely and clean, as was the whole hotel. Bed was very comfortable, although the pillows had lost their filling a bit! But I'm sure they will be renewed for the next season! I would recommend staying here.

Very friendly staff, multilingual, clean, organized and Covid compliant. Public ski bus very nearby, but this service, not related to hotel, is insufficient and for us was a stressful experience due to lack of capacity and overcrowded with no queue organisation.

Great stay, perfect location and friendly staff.

Our stay was amazing, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel renovations (main floor) are very nice and the rooms are clean and very functional.

Very basic for the price. No ability to make a hot drink in the room. No telephone to call reception - which was in another building. Charging an extr chf40per person to use a spa that you have to book in advance.

Gemütliches Hotel am Dorfrand

Ruhige Lage nur 10 Min. zu Fuss vom Dorfzentrum. Sehr freundliche Familienunternehmung mit gemütlichen und renovierten Zimmern (mit Balkon!). Skidepot am Pistenrand vorhanden für das Equipment. Bushaltestelle nur 50 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Sehr gutes Essen mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Familienhotel vom feinsten

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, neu renoviert am Rande von Saas Fee. 5 Gehminuten ins Zentrum. Als Familienbetrieb geführt, sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Neuer Spa im Nebenhaus. Kein Restaurant oder Bar aber sehr gemütliche Lounge für die Hotelgäste und hier gibt es die HP und ein Kaffee. Ich komme gerne wieder.
