The Hotel is located nearby 2 ski lifts and you can almost ski in and out of the hotel. In the parking garage you easily can access the ski piste. Dining is an everyday returning treat. Breakfast is a blast, you can choose whatever you want and even if you have special needs they can help you out if you tell this before your visit. After skiing you even have a treat with some snacks. It is hard saying goodbye.

Fantastisk roligt sted op af bjerget.

Vi var helt vilde med hotellet! Det lå tilpas langt væk fra bymiljøet til at der bare var ro - kun afbrudt af flodens rislen. Vi havde lejet en stor lejlighed med store senge til både de voksne og ungerne. Det eneste vi kunne have ønsket os var et lille te-køkken og en køleskab, der køler selv når man ikke er på værelset. Alt andet spillede bare. Også morgenmaden.

Fantastisk ophold.

Vi var meget tilfreds. Fantastisk personale. Dejlig mad. Morgen og aften. Dejlig med p- plads i kælderen, indgang lige ved. Joker kort til området var godt så vi ikke skulle stå i kø for billetter ved hejs og busser. ( gratis)

Vi bokade först två nätter men bestämde oss väldigt tidigt att förlänga vår vistelse. Detta efter ett supertrevligt bemötandet från alla i personalen, vi längtar redan tillbaka. Jättebra frukost och toppenfin middag.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren im Sommer als Familie im Hotel Residenz Hochalm. Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel zwischen Hinterglemm und dem Talschluss. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns für Halbpension entschieden und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Das Essen am Abend war sehr gut. Es besteht aus Vorspeise, Salatbuffet, Hauptspeise und Dessert, welches selbstverständlich täglich wechselt. Für die Kinder gibt es einen großen Spielbereich. Im Skikeller können Fahrräder geparkt und geladen werden. Auch unser Elektroauto konnten wir vor Ort mit Schukosteckdose aufladen. Dafür fällt jedoch eine Pauschale an, welche das nachladen u.U. sehr teuer werden lassen kann. Unser Zimmer war groß und gut. Unsere Aussicht auf den Innenhof war nicht berauschend, aber wir haben uns ohnehin kaum im Zimmer aufgehalten. Das Zimmer hatte Maisonettestil und wir hatten zwei Schlafbereiche um die Kinder unterzubringen. Der Wellnessbereich mit Sauna ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet und erholsam. Es gibt Tee, Wasser und Früchte. In der Sauna besteht die Möglichkeit einen aromatischen Aufguss selbst durchzuführen. Mittels der Inklusivleistungen der Jokercard ist man mit dem Bus, welcher 3 Fußminuten vom Hotel entfernt abfährt, schnell und unkompliziert im gesamten Tal mobil. Der Preis für Halbpension ist angemessen.

Good points about the hotel: 1. Very well maintained and staff were very friendly 2. The room was very clean and are nicely decorated 3. The food was delicious and of good quality. Good variety of food for breakfast buffet and 4 courses meal with salad buffet for dinner 4. There is a heated ski room which is located at the entrance of the slope which was very convenient for ski in/out 5. Ski pass can be purchased at reception Not so good points: 1. the room that I stayed in (110) was facing another part of the building which blocked all the natural sunlight. 2. No tea or coffee making facilities inside the room which I think was a drawback for a 4 stars hotel. 3. It will be more appealing if they can include some Austrian dishes in their Menu 4. the ski room wasn't ventilated well enough and the floor could get very wet by the end of the afternoon. 5. The lifts inside the hotel weren't connected to all floors, we have to take the first lift to get to reception from the carpark, drag our luggages across the reception area then physically lift them up a flight of stair before getting to the elevator to access our room. This luggages dragging process repeated when we leave. 4. Onsite parking costs 10 Euros a day, valet parking is free but the car was parked quite far away from the hotel and reception has to arrange someone to drive your car back every time you wanted to use it Overall, a nice ski in/out hotel

We enjoyed the hotel, especially the ski in/ski out, parking, breakfast and the service. The food at the dinner can improve though. Overall, we recommend the hotel.

Härligt boende direkt vid pist!

Ett härligt familjehotell beläget precis vid liften Hochalm (längst in i skidsystemet). Allt man behöver finns på hotellet, och den enda detaljen (på marginalen) som saknas är en pool. Mkt bra frukost och middag. Genomgående trevlig personal i alla funktioner. Vi hade ett litet, men fräscht, rum vid trapphuset. Kolla alternativen när ni bokar. Egen enklare ”after ski” med gratis minibuffé under eftermiddagen alla dagar. Ingen skishuttle, men skidbussen går precis utanför så transporterna går smidigt ändå. Totalt sett mycket bra för en skidvecka!

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, sehr sehr freundliches Personal, unsere Suite war riesig und alles in sehr gutem Zustand, der Fernseher war etwas winzig, aber das ist nicht ganz so wichtig bei dem tollen Blick ins Tal ;). Das Essen bei Halbpension war auch super. Das Hotel kann ich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Dejligt personale, god beliggenhed ift. skiløb

Dejligt hotel med god beliggenhed i forhold til lift og pister. Det ligger lidt væk fra byen, så man skal køre, hvis man vil til byen. Hele kælderen er sauna og wellness, så hvis man ikke benytter sig at dette, så er det måske lidt i overkanten. Der er ikke plads til alle biler, så der er en form for ‘valet parking’, hvor bilen parkeres “væk fra hotellet”. Det skal man lige vende sig til. Meget imødekommende personale. Undgå værelser i den gamle del af hotellet - der er meget lyt. Undgå især 213 og 212, man kan høre alt hvad der foregår inde ved siden af.
