If I could give this property a 100 stars I would! This was the BEST place to stay during our time in Saalbach! The convenience of the ski mountain, the convenience of the lockers for the skis, the dinner and breakfast everyday included with our price of the hotel, the lounge with the afternoon snacks included, the sauna, the hotel rooms with the balcony! I can't rave enough about this hotel! We had the best time and wiil return next year!

Dejligt hotel men trist middags tilbud

Hotellet er super beliggende med næsten ski in og out Værelset var super Vi havde bestilt halvpension. Morgenmaden var super, desværre var aftensmaden en trist oplevelse Meget lys og støj i restauranten gjorde middagen noget der blot skulle overstås Menuen for 3/4 dels vedkommende ligegyldige og tilsvarende smagende retter Alt for buffet og cafeteria lignende Vi bor gerne på hotellet igen , så bliver det uden aftensmad Ps man havde faktisk i sin folder bemærket at man ikke ønskede skitøj i restauranten , dette er jo egentlig en glimrende indikation på at man ønsker er vist niveau, og tjenerne er pænt klædt på og professionelle . Men man følger ikke ambitionen til dørs og højrøstede og svært berusede gæster bliver ikke hjulpet væk. Som en ekstra detalje der indikere niveauet var at en fra køkken personalet højlydt samlede bestikket fra buffeten sammen i en til formålet medbragt spand - igen blot et ikke særlig charmerende eksempel på ambitionsniveauet i restauranten - det er klart en ommer

A perfect hotel with excellent service. Good food at a prereserved table. The ski-rom had its ovn shelves reserves the room. I lost my earring when we left saalbach heading home. I emailed the hotel, they found the earring and sendt it to my homeadress. Thats what you call good service! Thank you!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sauberen großen Zimmern, das Frühstücksbuffet bietet viel Auswahl und das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön und man kann dort viel unternehmen. Alles in allem haben wir hier vier schöne Tage verbracht, es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder ins Alpenhotel Saalbach.

Das Hotel, insbesondere die Zimmer sind bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Jedoch sind alle Zimmer und die öffentlichen Bereiche sehr sauber. Der Skischuhraum könnte eine Renovierung vertragen, da die Lüftungsanlage fehlt oder zu gering dimensioniert wurde. Positiv zu bewerten ist jedoch, dass es sowohl für die Skischuhe als auch für die Ski und Stöcke absperrbare Spinde gibt. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, dass das Personal überwiegend nur englisch spricht. Dies beginnt an der Rezeption, betrifft aber genauso die Servicekräfte beim Frühstück oder den angeschlossenen Restaurants. Dies ist nicht üblich in einem ****-Hotel in den österreichischen Alpen. Hervorzuheben ist die Lage. Das Hotel ist mitten im Zentrum und nur wenige Schritte von der Talstation des Schattberg X-press entfernt.
