The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were patient with my lack of Portuguese language skills. A note for Americans visiting; there is no Keurig or iron in the room, the hot water in the shower is turned on at the shower head, not the faucet, and the breakfast is nothing like American hotel breakfast, so don't count on filling up on it if you are a picky eater.

O hotel está mais moderno. Senti falta de alguns complementos, pois nao há cofre nem um apoio para deixar as malas. Isso faz diferença, principalmente pela falta de armário. Ha somente 6 cabides para armazenar as roupas em uso. Se na reforma tivessem emcostado mais o espelho da porta poderiam aproveitar o espaço liberado para colocar um apoio para deixar a mala. Fica a dica.

Muito feliz com a minha estadia

Estadia muito boa! Todos os funcionários foram muito prestativos e simpaticos. O buffet de café da manhã era muito completo, com muita variedade. Está localizado em uma área bem tranquila e silenciosa. Certamente irei recomendar para parentes e amigos nas próximas visitas.

Hotel em reforma geral cuidado !

Um dia deve ficar bom, o hotel está passando por reforma geral, em minha opinião não deveria operar juntamente com a obra que é pesada, com trocas de pisos pois as serras e marteletes funcionam logo cedo indo até quase as 18:00 h. Deveriam avisar pois além de imenso barulho durante o dia devido a obra, há uma poeira dos cortes dos pisos e acabamentos que invadem o quarto, uma vez que o piso até o apartamento está coberto com proteção plástica, não permitindo uma limpeza eficiente. Sujeira nas lixeiras pois demoram a recolher o lixo nas áreas comuns. Café da manhã acabam as porções e demoram a reporem. Escadas interditadas pois estão construindo os degraus somente elevador disponível aos andares

Atendimento muito bom do recepcionista que nos atendeu. Travesseiros ruins. Janela barulhenta, o som tanto da janela, quanto do corredor do quarto pareciam estar dentro do quarto.
