"The hotel is good with a queen size bed and overlooks the seafront. However it is a lot more exxpensive than the hotel next door. We didnt have a breakfast as they only serve until 9.15am

"The owners were really lovely and accommodating, they leant me things from their own kitchen as I needed to bake some bits while I was staying there, and even offered to put the dishes in their dishwasher so I didn’t have to wash it up myself. Although, the kitchen had everything you needed for a normal stay there. They waited up for us as we were late getting there for check in, due to a long journey. "Ignore the bad reviews. This is the second year running I’ve came here with my children. The hotel is clean and the staff are really polite and helpful it’s cheaper than the other hotels in the area as it’s being refurbished the rooms are decent and lovely views if you get a sea room. "
"The hosts Dennis and Helga made us feel so welcome. They were very attentive to our needs. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast choice was fantastic. The location was excellent being close to public transport. Parking was right in front of the property. Highly recommend."
"Wir waren als älteres Ehepaar eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft und hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Bad und Blick in den sehr gepflegten Garten. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin und ihrem Mann hervorragend betreut. Das Frühstück war exelent. Parken vor dem Haus. Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten. Wir haben vor Ort alles zu Fuß gemacht. Bis in die City und zur Strandpromenade zwischen 20 - 30 Minuten. Wir können die Unterkunft bestens empfehlen. "
"Our stay at Villa Marina was excellent. We were given a very warm welcome and the room was very comfortable and everything we could want was provided. Beautiful decor, very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was well cooked and served beautifully. We would be very happy to stay there again."
"Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended"
"The location was great because it’s not too far from the beach but it’s much quieter than the places on Belgrave Road. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast was great with nice quality sausage and bacon. Hosts are very welcoming. "
