The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is off the beaten path, yet within walking distance of all of the attractions in Niagara Falls. "It is very close to both Falls (actually rainbow bridge) and main street. Room was clean, breakfast quality is good. Only issue I have is no shampoo... (I had to use body gel instead). It might be better to have safety box in the room."

We paid $19 CAD per night for parking, which we didn’t mind, but there was a person selling parking spots from our lot for $15-30 CAD each night to other people - it was not specific to just hotel stayers.
