"Lamp shade broken in room, 2 lamps didn’t work so was very dingy, bedding for sofa bed was insufficient, mess under sofa bed"

"Was advised check in was at 3pm. Arrived with our 1&3 year olds at 3:15. Told our room wasn’t cleaned yet & the cleaners were on lunch until likely 4. Room had no shampoo or conditioner Room had no linens for pull out bed. Other than that, stay was enjoyable due to company time was spent with. Enjoy the pool area and the basement where you can enjoy time with friends without impacting others stay later at night. "

"Had to wait for 10 minutes just to check in as front desk clerk was in the pool area talking with friends. Layout of rooms was confusing. Walls are paper thin and was loud in the room during the night hours. Located right off the highway so you had to listen to it all night as the room didn’t have AC. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. "

"Nice Location, empty liquor bottle under bed, breakfast was limited and ran of eggs and no one filled them "

"Room smelled like cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room. Heat/AC unit not working when we arrived and was not even turned on. Fortunately staff were helpful and got things working right away, but room was freezing for some time. Breakfast was just ok, coffee in carafe was cold and both coffee and juice machines were not working. Probably would not stay again."
