"I stayed at this property with my husband, elderly mother and infant son. Both my elderly mother and my infant child are extremely vulnerable to the heat. The blind in my elderly mother's bedroom was broken (despite clearly shown to be working in the listing photograph) meaning there was no airflow through the room, making it not only uncomfortable but also dangerously hot. The windows in my infants bedroom were all broken, meaning there was no airflow through the room and it was ten degrees...

"Lovely Hotel , very clean and fab room but could of done with a bigger room with our Grandson.! Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful. A tiny fridge would be helpful in the room but over all we had a lovely stay at the Birdham. What a lovely part of the Island Bembridge is, in my opinion the nicest exception apart from the Needles. Bembridge has lovely quiet beaches to visit and we found the people very friendly. Was a wonderful week🙂"
