"Room was not all the way done. Internet wasn’t working to watch Netflix on tv. NO POOL and nobody said there wasn’t one at any point. Only found out when we went to go get in it at 8pm and saw it was green and closed off. Staff said they couldn’t do anything. Asked for a discount on the room and they said I had to ask Expedia because they can’t because I booked through a third party. Breakfast was not good either. "

"Check in was very simple. Was surprised that they are charging $20/day to park now. New attendant didn't give any instructions on how to get to my room. Asked for the St Croix room again, assuming there was only one. There's several and not all come with a tiny refrigerator. Had to ask for one which they brought quickly. Went down to Charlie's restaurant to get a pitcher of ice, like we did last time, and was told to go all the way across the hotel, to the front desk for an ice bucket. Inconvenient and the bucket was not insulated and did not fit in the fridge. Bathroom had a roll in shower that is very accessible. Low water pressure in the shower and no place to set toiletries on the tiny pedestal sink. Jet tub and fireplace were the biggest reason for staying here and they were fabulous. Room was very clean and had ample pillows and blankets for 2 people. Very nice bartender in Charlie's both nights, can't spell his name but I'll try, Ketame. Overall I would stay again but this place needs more for the price. "
