"My wife and I spent several days here. I like to start out with the good stuff. The location, in old town is great. Walking distance to everything. The hotel. To start, its not a 5 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Maybe 3 star at best. Rooms are tiny, nothing fancy here.. No space for any of your personal items in the bathroom on the vanity in the deluxe rooms. switched to a family room (2 beds) and it had much more room.. or as much as you were going to get at this hotel. ...

"The Hotel was remodeled. Nice building but the front desk staff have no customer service skills, they definitely need a lot of training. I was in room 113, the room had plumbing issues, one day the electricity turned off and the had to send someone to spend 30 minutes to fix it. The only staff member I think she went above and beyond to make sure that guests are happy is Salma."

"Air conditioning didn't work in our room which was baking hot which made it very difficult to sleep. Raised multiple times with the hotel who kept saying they had fixed it but hadn't. Not enough toiletries in the bathroom, with one miniature shampoo between 2 people. No shower gel. Lifts are tiny and unreliable. View from breakfast is fantastic and that's the only reason you stay here. Neighbourhood is quite dilapidated."

"Even clean room but the room was too small and the hot water returned after I called one of their staff to fix the heater. The too limited food put in ready dishes for every visitor not allowed to get more there was no open food like other hotels."

"It is near a market with plenty of shopping . My mom needed a wheelchair which all the other hotels provided . This one did not . No restaurant in the hotel .i couldn’t find one nearby . Although they told me verbally where to go . I couldn’t find it . I only stayed one night . Not suitable for kids , families or elderly people although this place had a lift ."

"Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Zimmer und das Bett waren sauber und komfortabel. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick. Besonders schön ist die Terrasse mit ihrem wunderbaren Ausblick. Dort kann man entspannt frühstücken oder nach einem langen Tag den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Tee und Kaffee stehen jederzeit kostenlos zur Verfügung. Auch die Lage des Hotels überzeugt: Bus, Metro und Fähren sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso viele Sehenswürdigkeiten....

"L’hotel dispone di una bella terrazza panoramica, accessibile h24. Abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade per la camera, ma ci siamo accorti che era molto umida e l’aria fatica ad entrare in quanto ci sono le zanzariere. I cuscini sono troppo gonfi e duri, molto scomodi. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, ci hanno anche tenuto i bagagli al nostro check out per qualche ora"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful whenever we needed anything. The location was excellent, with shops, restaurants, and public transportation all nearby, making it very convenient to get around the city. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and relaxing, especially in the morning and evening. Highly recommended."
