"I feel safa hotel is a little known gem! I visited the weekend of 31/01/25, and we really enjoyed the stay. "The hotel is great, couldn’t help enough, even the cleaning staff. Anything we wanted was only a phone call away. Hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. "Poor service for high prices in a restrictive environment. The staff was marginally helpful but provided incorrect information on too many occasions. Spa hours are restricted 08:00-15:00 for men and 15:00-22:00 for women. The breakfast was adequate but the coffee is weak - even the Turkish coffee but it had lots of grounds. That’s fine if you like to chew weak coffee. They ran out of a number of items regardless of the time we went to eat. If you support the terror group Hamas, you will appreciate the fact the hotel flies the Palestine flag. We WON’T return. "
