"Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Zimmer und das Bett waren sauber und komfortabel. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick. Besonders schön ist die Terrasse mit ihrem wunderbaren Ausblick. Dort kann man entspannt frühstücken oder nach einem langen Tag den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Tee und Kaffee stehen jederzeit kostenlos zur Verfügung. Auch die Lage des Hotels überzeugt: Bus, Metro und Fähren sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso viele Sehenswürdigkeiten....

"It is near a market with plenty of shopping . My mom needed a wheelchair which all the other hotels provided . This one did not . No restaurant in the hotel .i couldn’t find one nearby . Although they told me verbally where to go . I couldn’t find it . I only stayed one night . Not suitable for kids , families or elderly people although this place had a lift ."

"My wife and I spent several days here. I like to start out with the good stuff. The location, in old town is great. Walking distance to everything. The hotel. To start, its not a 5 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Maybe 3 star at best. Rooms are tiny, nothing fancy here.. No space for any of your personal items in the bathroom on the vanity in the deluxe rooms. switched to a family room (2 beds) and it had much more room.. or as much as you were going to get at this hotel. ...

"Beautiful hotel, like 5 stars. Everything is new, well designed, electronically equipped. Modern hamam, pool, friendly staff. Well served breakfast, everyone is helpful. Прекрасный отель, подходит на 5 звёзд. Чистый, новый, модернизованный. Классный хамам, бассейн. Приветливый персонал. Кофейня MADO на первом этаже. Только в нем буду останавливаться. "Die Lage des Hotels ist für einen Städtetrip gut. Wir hatten in unserem Badezimmer in der Dusche Schimmel und die Toilette war sehr dreckig. Die Fenster wurden „dicht“ gemacht mit Tüchern ?! Und das Frühstück war alles andere als gut. Also auch für den niedrigen Preis sollte man eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit erwarten, die hier leider nicht gegeben ist."

The location was excellent, with shops, restaurants, and public transportation all nearby, making it very convenient to get around the city. "A wonderful stay! Alper welcomed us on arrival and each time we were in and out. The hotel greeted us with a beautiful smile recption staff ( Selcuk!) Ercu helped with luggage that we brought up to our room; Sena was a very humble and sweet young lady; Mustafa was very helpful and efficient, overall very helpful staff and excellent service: for sure we will be returning here very soon !!!:)"
