Rapport qualité prix exécrable

À presque 300 e la nuit en 4 étoiles supérieur je m attends à : - avoir un lit fait et non une couette posée en carré (température extérieure : 35 degrés) mais pas de draps - des serviettes correctes, épaisses, de bonne qualité. Je fais 1m61 et la plus grande des serviettes me couvrait à peine les fesses. Par ailleurs elles sont si fines qu elles sont vites détrempées, ennuyeux avec des cheveux longs - une porte de douche qui ferme correctement - un minimum de tranquillité et non une route passante dès 4h30 du matin lorsque je dois passer la nuit fenêtre ouverte à cause des 35 degrés extérieurs et l atmosphère moite - un peignoir pour la sortie de la douche - un sèche-cheveux digne de ce nom et non une antiquité qui souffle à peine - une lotion pour le corps, du démêlant, du savon et non un "mains, corps, cheveux" qui n' est assurément pas un gage de qualité - un mini bar - un coin café Je relève quelques points positifs : - taille de la chambre correcte - Bonne literie - bon petit déjeuner Il est sain pour une entreprise de travailler sur sa rentabilité, cependant il ne faut pas tomber dans la radinerie... J'ai vraiment le sentiment d'avoir été roulée dans la farine. Par ailleurs il est promis de pouvoir accéder 30 minutes avant l ouverture du parc aux attractions, ce qui est faux : - seule une poignée d attractions accessible - 100 % des attractions accessibles à 8h50... En même temps que pour les non résidents !

Wir haben als Familie mit unserem 3-jährigen Sohn zwei Nächte im Hotel Colosseo verbracht und es war einfach fantastisch! Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir beeindruckt vom wunderschönen, italienisch inspirierten Ambiente. Unser Zimmer mit Blick auf den Europa-Park war ein echtes Highlight, besonders abends, wenn der Park beleuchtet ist, einfach traumhaft! Das Hotel ist perfekt auf Familien eingestellt. Unser Sohn war begeistert vom Kinderbereich im Foyer, dem großzügigen Außenpool und natürlich vom direkten Parkzugang, der für Hotelgäste sogar früher am Morgen geöffnet wird. Das war ein echter Bonus! Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, frisch und mit allem, was Kinder und Erwachsene glücklich macht – von Pancakes über frisches Obst bis hin zu herzhaften Spezialitäten. Besonders angenehm war das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – immer ein Lächeln, egal wie voll es gerade war. Nach einem langen Tag im Europa-Park konnten wir abends im Wellnessbereich entspannen, während unser Sohn sich noch einmal richtig austoben konnte. Die Restaurants im Hotel bieten leckere italienische Küche in stilvollem Ambiente – auch kinderfreundlich!

Das Hotel Colesseo befindet sich im Europapark und der Vorteil des Hotels ist, dass man 30 Minuten vor Parköffnung als Hotelgast Zugang erhält. Die Freundlichkeit des Restaurantpersonals lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmässig. Der Innenhof am Abend ist sehr schön.

Es war wie immer alles perfekt, ausser parkplatz probleme wenn viel los ist muss mann sehr lange suchen. Wir haben freundlich eine Mitarbeiterin gefragt ob sie leicht umparken könnte das sie zwei parkplätze benutzte, sie meinte es passen nie em leben zwei auto's . Wir haben ihr gesagt das wir jetzt jemanden holen. Plötzlich ist sie weg gefahren und wir könnten endlich parken und sogar noch einen auto neben drann die auch schon sehr lange gesucht haben.

Es war toll, einfach schade das mann nicht vorheer einchecken kann. Frühstück war leider nur bis 10uhr was manchmals für langschläfrige kinder toll wäre nach dem ansträngenden vortag bis 11 zu frühstücken wäre toll und für die Mamis etwas zu sitzen auch.

El hotel es fabuloso. Las habitaciones familiares están muy bien, con una cama grande y dos literas buenas. El baño también está muy bien. Quizás, el armario resulte un poco pequeño. En el hotel hay una pequeña piscina cubierta que comunica con la exterior. El personal del hotel es muy amable y hacen lo posible por ayudar. Nosotros habíamos cogido entradas para dos días a Europa-Park y como en un día nos dio tiempo a todo porque no había colas pedimos cambiar el segundo día por Rulantica y lo hicieron sin problema. La única pega que le pongo es el sablazo del agua en la pizzería del hotel. No te permiten pedir una jarra de agua y la botella te la cobran a 7,5€

Das Hotel ist schön, Zimmer, Frühstücksbuffet ok

Das Hotel war schön, die Zimmer ok. Unser Zimmer war recht kalt, obwohl wir den kleinen Heizkörper aufs max. eingestellt hatten. Dies machte das ganze etwas ungemütlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, aber etwas unangenehm mit den vielen Leuten. Wenn man so viel für eine Nacht bezahlt, erwartet man etwas mehr... In der Sauna war nur eine Kabine geöffnet. Zwei Anlagen waren geschlossen.Für uns unlogisch in Pandemiezeiten... Wir haben für uns entschieden, das nächste mal wieder in eine kleinere, gemütliche Pension in Rust zu gehen.

Hotel war an sich ok, aber die Auslastung des Hotels war nicht konform mit den Corona Bestimmungen. Trotz eines wirklich hohen Preises für den Aufenthalt, war eine Tischreservierung weder Abends noch Morgens möglich. Begründet damit dass man ja nicht so viele Leute wie sonst üblich erlaubt wären. Die Auslastung des Hotels war aber nicht daran angepasst - sprich mehr Hotelgäste als Tische. Wenn ich für 3 Tage über 1000 Euro bezahle kann das nicht angehen, das ich da nicht mit meiner Familie essen gehen kann.

Sehr sauber und Pompös riesen >Eingangshalle wie in den Stadthotels in der USA. Alles sehr sauber. Für mich hatte es den Anschein als würde jeder "abgefertigt" werden. Lage um in den Park zu gehen - Perfekt!

Unser Wochenende im Europa Park war wieder wunderschön. Die Übernachtung im Hotel Colosseo war sehr entspannt. Nur das Frühstück am zweiten Tag, einem Sonn, war etwas enttäuschend. Es war nicht alles da, . Trotzdem werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
