Keep up the great work we love it here.

This is an amazing hotel with a great location for our trips to Russellville. The staff is great with the best customer service you could imagine. Breakfast is always top notch with good quality coffee for getting the day started. We will continue to keep staying as long as they keep up the good work. The only thing that we wish is the double bed rooms could be queen beds. Occasionally you will seen a “over exaggerated” type of guest that does not know how to smile but he will be ok.

Great place to stay. Staff at desk was very helpful pointing out some dining options. Room was very clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was a touch better than your typical lobby breakfast. Area was clean and supplied. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We arrived after a long day of travel , and we were greeted with smile ; the property smelled clean & and the decor was lovely; there was music & a manager’s happy hour in the dining area which was a plus ; the room was a nice size & the king bed was very comfortable! Bathroom was clean & well supplied; plenty of restaurants near by ; location was quiet & parking easy ; breakfast was decent & we liked the nice coffee bar . We’d definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff members were very helpful and kind. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. The only complaint I would have is that the hot tub is no longer there, even though it's in the pictures. We did enjoy swimming in the pool with our children after a long day of driving. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was easy to find and close to where I wanted to be. The mattress was ok, not the most comfortable I've had but not the worst. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the usual selection but there was plenty of it. Wish hotel rooms had brighter lights in them, was a little darker than I like and the temperature thermostat was not easy to use.

For some reason sink water was hot but shower no matter what time of day it was hardly warm. The heater would blow cold air then get hot and seem tge way it ran so we be cold then hot. The staff was awesome which made it pleasant.

Clean & relaxing along with good customer.

I checked in & when I got to the room the HVAC unit wasn’t working & there was an odor in the room. I went down stairs & spoke with Amanda at the front desk & she took care of it with a nice upgrade & moved me to a suite. I enjoyed my stay it was quiet & relaxing. I’ll definitely recommend & stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites again.

Great pool

Your picture had a hot tub in it, the hot tub was not available. The pool was great, finally a pool without cold water. The breakfast was average at best and the waffle maker wasn't working. The room was nice.

Upon departure, I experienced a significant issue with my 2024 vehicle that made driving unsafe. Andrew at the front desk was exceptional in his assistance. He proactively suggested several solutions and personally checked on them, ultimately coming up with a great idea that allowed me to get home safely.
