"The Kings Arm was a great place to stay. The staff were excellent, always smiling. We needed a place to stay convenient to Windsor Great Park - the journey took about 15mins.
The bedroom was not large but had everything in it we needed. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was very clean and the towels were changed every day.
The only thing I would say - there were planters outside the property in the car park with dead plants - wouldn’t be difficult to replant and would look so much better....
"We absolutely love this hotel from the check-in to the service. The only issue is our room was extremely hot to the point that we had to move to another room in the middle of the night that we moved to was much cooler very comfortable. We loved it."
"Appreciated that staff could move us from 2nd floor to 1st floor due to some mobility issues I was having. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. It would be great to add portable fans to rooms for hotter days. Great stay!"
"We loved staying in this gorgeous historic inn (established 1106). Our spacious room had lots of character but had also been thoroughly updated for comfort. The bathroom was great, and looked onto an old turnpike stone. Just remember to close the blind before you undress as the large windows reveal all to the neighbours. Super convenient for Heathrow & Windsor and a really nice place to spend a night or two."
"Lovely old pub, welcoming friendly staff. Room lovely and clean. Bed and pillows so comfortable. Water, tea, coffee and even earbuds in the room. Bathroom clean with good shower gel, soap and shampoo. Lovely fresh towels . Excellant breakfast cooked to order. Added bonus of free parking and in good location. "
"I would highly recommend this hotel due to the incredible service and kindness of the employees. We arrived early and were able to check our bags easily and they assisted us with an extra bed in our room. Excellent service from the staff!"
"Excellent location right on the Thames river, with views of the Thames from our room, and from breakfast room and Brasserie. Just a block from Windsor castle.
Really good and extensive buffet breakfast was included.
Nice staff. Good sized room.
Only caveat is that it required a bunch of steps up and steps down, then a full flight of steps up to reach our room. This was ok for us but would be difficult for some. Bellhop carried our bags up and down. "
