"The shuttle from the airport took a long time to leave the airport. The shuttle was full of people and we all arrived to check in with only 2 people to check us in. When I finally got to my room the AC wasn’t working and it was hot. It took about 30 minutes to get it working. Not great experience."

"The property is even more beautiful than the pictures. And everything appears to be new and well maintained. The artwork everywhere adds to the personality of the place. Staff is friendly and helpful and the food is great. Very accommodating with the airport transfers and anything else that you ask about/for. Highly recommended!"

"More of a dried up Hostel than Hotel. What Amenities? I was DECEIVED. I want a REFUND, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact EXPEDIA, so I write this Review. First, Location is very good, just 2 minutes behind Quicentro, a Fabulous Shopping & Dining Mall. BUT! I Reserved an Apartment Suite, multi-rooms & Kitchen. What I was given was a run down single room in need of repair, with a dangling smoke alarm from the ceiling, electrical outlets so loose my plugs fell out, and walls so thin I could hear...

"Perfectly located closed to malls, restaurants, park, metro, everything! this has been our hotel for short stays in Quito for the last 6 years. Córner rooms are a bit small but no complaents about the rest. Employees are super helpful."

"They could not accommodate my health issue as i reserved the room and showed up later in the evening, but the manager and owner himself went out of their way to make sure i was safe.. the owner even went to another hotel to get me a room where I'd be healthy and happy. I cannot thank them enough for their understanding and complete kindness. These guys deserve 10 stars but it's not an option."
