"I recently stayed at CitizenM in Paris and overall had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel felt clean and modern, and the location was super convenient for exploring the city. The only downsides were a few small room details. The shower water never got hotter than lukewarm, which wasn’t ideal after a long day out. There also weren’t any washcloths provided. Additionally, there wasn’t an outlet near a mirror in the room or bathroom, so getting ready with hair tools was a bit inconvenient since the desk had a plug but no mirror. Overall, it was still a very pleasant stay and I would stay here again. "

She consistently went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of and had everything they needed. Her warm attitude and exceptional service truly made our mornings even better. Il n'était pas non plus indiqué que les wc étaient sur le palier. Sans parler de l'état de propreté des toilettes. La fenêtre de la chambre ne fermait pas. Les photos ne ressemblent pas vraiment à la réalité des lieux."
