Fantastic little spot!

Can't say enough about our experience in Apartement 2. Gorgeous, quiet little spot just minutes away from all the hustle and bustle. It was clean, cozy, had everything we could possibly have needed for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Would very happily stay there again.

Lovely apartment out of the bustling city but just a few steps from everything. Comfortable firm bed and perfect for me and my two teens. Appreciated the luggage storage space. Great stay!

Security precautions with door codes, as well as how easy it made check-in were a huge plus! The apartment itself was very clean and there was just enough tin the kitchen to allow for buying your own lunch or dinner items and having a spread! There is a great dining and shop area close!

Family weekend

Had a nice stay in april three nights with family of four. Great location near metro and walking distance to many attractions. Appartment was well equipped and clean. Bed mattresses were a bit too hard for our comfort, but still slept ok. Good communication with the company that rented out the appartment. Easy chrck in and checkbout with code, no reception.

Stay like a local.

Great location - The property is quiet while minutes from the Metro, and from great restaurants. The space was very clean and roomy. Beds and linens were comfortable. Was great to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. We were in Apt. 4, which means 3 flights of stairs- so something to consider with any mobility issues or lots of luggage.

Apartment itself was terrific. Very clean, well-laid out. We had 3 adults and there was plenty of room. We cooked and had all the kitchen items we needed. The security codes fit the doors worked great. Easily walkable to the Seine, Notre Dame and St. Chappelle if you are in decent shape. Must uber or taxi to Eiffel Tower. Area in a 2-3 block radius around property is not un-safe, but is dirty and smelly. Once you get out of that small radius you are in a good area with plenty of restaurants. Be prepared for late night party noise. 3 out of 5 nights there was loud noise until 3 am.

The place was very clean. I stayed in apt 3 and i really loved it !! No regrets. It was close to the train station , walking distance to restaurants. We walked to the louvre. The host checked in on me the first to make sure i had a smooth check in. The only one thing i wouldve loved is a bit more coffee pods since it was 3 of us it wasnt enough but other than that i would definitely recommend and i would love to come back again. Mercí

Very inconvenient because we were on the 3rd floor and there is no an elevator, so you have to take 3 sets of stair to get to the apartment. If you get the 1st floor that will be great, otherwise you shouldn't book the apartment. We reported the carpet was very inconvenient because we tripped several times and management did nothing. We also reported that the stairs inside the apartment has a strong cigar odor and again management did nothing. We also adjust the AC but it reset by itselt so at night the rooms were hot. The apartment maybe will be convinient if you get the 1st floor, have no luggages or travel only with cary cases.

We stayed in apartment 1 in the ground floor. It has everything that we needed for our stay. The shower area and toilet area are in separate rooms. The toilet area does not have a sink for washing hands. We had to go to the bedroom and go to the bathroom/ shower to wash hands. It would be better to be able to wash hands right away after doing business. I also didn’t like that the apartment is beside the garbage room. We could also hear footsteps of people walking/running above us.
