No problem if you are out and about most of the time but staying in might be a bit crammed. "I will never stay at a one of these properties again. The room was fine but the staff at reception was rude and unhelpful. It was booked prepaid with Hotels.com to which they said it was not prepaid even after showing the receipt to her. We chose to have diner there as we were tired. At least 1/3 of the tables were covered in dirty dishes. We eventually were able to flag a server down to give our order for food and drinks. Food arrived which was actually well done but never got our drinks even...

"What an absolutely gorgeous house, the house is actually better in person than the pictures show.
Check in was simple with a handy located key box and lots of parking.
It was pretty nippy outside and the house was already heated and nice and toasty on arrival, along with the hot tub.
We were down as a party of 10 for a Hen do and the different entertaining spaces were perfect for the games and activities we had planned. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are really comfy.

"The location of this large family house is excellent for exploring the town of Bridlington. The seafront is at the other end of road with only one road to cross with the children. Tesco Express and Morrisons Daily both within easy reach on foot. Parking is fine for three cars, last car in will be first car out.
The large sitting room and dining room both with a TV and sofa, allows the party to spread out. The kitchen has everything required for family catering, and dishwasher tablets, tea towels...
