"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

The credit card charge was not via ebookers but it was supposed to be charged by the property. They sent an auto-generated email to say they were going to charge my Visa. They then emailed me to say there was a problem charging my card. They then called me to say that they do not have breakfast available and that I should cancel...
