"The description of the Nuffield Health facility as a spa is somewhat misleading - it’s a sports club with a pool used for (noisy) swimming lessons, there is nothing relaxing about it as there are just 3 “beds” to sit on around the pool, and members make an issue of anyone having left a towel on there for just a few minutes (rudely removing it and taking the bed for their own use)."

"Hotel was gorgeous and kept so nice, first impressions are great with a welcoming team and lovely reception area. We got upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise and the room was so nice! Really comfortable, spacious and modern. Pool area is good too!"

"Hi..it is a genuine spa-hotel...not a hotel with a spa. Healthy food (but also wine etc..) and it was delicious. Staff and amenities were solid and the rooms were 'fine' nothing over the top...but they do have Elemis lotions and creams in massive containers to use so even if you're not in the spa you feel like you are !!!"

"Nice place to stay though unfortunely they have now started charging an extra £5 a night for parking on top of the price for accomodation.
You could park overnight in the local park and ride for free and walk the 10 minutes or so to the accomodation or you could stay elsewhere"
