"I was overstimulated before i even finished checking in. Too much going on in the lobby. Between the dance parties and loud shows, the people trying to get wolf ears and take pictures at the fireplace and all the foot traffic that is forced through that area, as its the only way to get from rooms to activities.
Every elevator was a fight with some guests getting very visibly irritable.
Place was fairly clean considering the amount of guests and visitors.
All staff was extremely friendly. Considering they work in such a highly stimulating environment.
They nickle and dime you and could atleast include a free breakfast. I wont waste my money going back"
"The rooms were as advertised online. The staff were helpful when I requested additional items to the room. The pool area was not great, had very limited seating, and unfortunately the hot tub was not working and no information was shared other than a sign at the pool area. The manager accepted our feedback about the hot tub and resolved this with the people in my group."
"Place has an off smell. People are loud and children are loud all night. Felt like there was some kind of party going on all night from different locations. Calling the front desk was met with attitude. Very dated. I got what I paid for as it was cheap. Location was great though."
"TVs didn’t work. Shower was broken. Heater was very loud and falling out of the wall. Computers were down my entire stay and they disable my door cards by accident.
It may be cheap but you def get what you pay for. "
"Quiet and convenient location. Loved having a microwave in my room. I wasn't in the mood for wating out so a trip to the neighbouring supermarket set me up perfectly."
