"The Elm City Hotel is a great value in Keene. Rooms are modern and clean with very comfortable beds and nice amenities. The breakfast on Sunday was great, and it was "okay" on Monday. Sunday's breakfast included real eggs and sausage, while Monday's breakfast was egg product patties and dried-up frozen sausage. Still, decent breakfast offerings at this price point. The staff is very kind and helpful. I'll definitely stay again when I'm in the area."
"This is an old time motor lodge that has been recently renovated with base level contemporary amenities. Nothing fancy here, but the place is clean and quiet and the staff was lovely. Bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels are all fresh and new. Just what we needed for a one overnight while passing through the area."
"Awesome place to stay, clean, lots of great amenities, helpful & friendly employees (Judy at front desk) was awesome, super comfortable beds & pillows, Will definitely stay here again!"
"Generally speaking, things were fine. However, the bed has a big decorative headboard, mostly covered in vinyl. The vinyl was peeling badly, which gave the otherwise o.k. room a shoddy appearance. Also, shower curtain rod was almost falling off at one end."
