Lovely hotel - clean, well maintained, excellent breakfast. VERY hot in a heatwave, (admittedly - likely not a problem for most of the year!) They did put fans in every room, and spaced them out throughout the hallways to try to keep the air moving. But be aware there no Aircon in the rooms if it's looking to be a hot one! Otherwise, I cannot fault anything though.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always happy to help and made us feel genuinely welcome. The room was comfortable, spotless, and wonderfully quiet—perfect for a relaxing night’s sleep. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into creating a peaceful and enjoyable environment for guests. Overall, a very nice stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

We stayed for one night before an exhibition at Stoneleigh Park. It was really convenient for that venue. The room was comfortable, breakfast was amazing -and for £11 you got fruit, yogurt, cereals, pastries, and then the full cooked breakfast buffet. The food was fresh, well presented and lots of choice. I did notice a gluten free breakfast bar too. We ate in the evening - not a massive choice on the menu, but we found something we liked. The only downside for us was that the room was hot, but that might be perfect for others. Parking was easy, lovely grounds to walk round and lots of smaller, nook like areas to spend time in. We did not try the gym or other facilities as we arrived late and left early. Would come back again.

I had room 233.. sadly the road outside is busy all through the night. I can normally sleep through anything but sadly not this. Eventually got to sleep at 3.30am after trying ideas to block out noise. Shame really as the hotel and staff are lovely.

The staff were so friendly!! From arriving and check in to the lovely lady that served me dinner in the bar. The food was also exceptional (dinner was a recommendation from the waitress in the bar) and it was genuinely some of the best food I’ve had from a hotel. The hotel is obviously first and foremost a conference facility so was quite empty when we stayed at the weekend. This was actually quite good as the games room was empty so had a few games of pool. The restaurant was also not crowded for the breakfast buffet.
