"Checked in after arrival and spent two nights! Hotel is very nice, rooms very comfortable and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very enjoyable with a wide variety of food available. Meals in the restaurant for dinner were equally as good ordering off the menu so never left the hotel until we checked out. If you need a hotel either upon arrival or prior to departure from Bangkok then this hotel is perfect choice and is highly recommended! I will definitly use again!!"

"The hotel is convenient from the airport and the hotel has a free shuttle service about every one and a half hours the hotel has two restaurants Thai and international food both very good and we stayed at this hotel on this trip so far three time and probably one last before we go back home "

"Fairly close to airport; the staff seemed unable to deal with a double room that the hotel wrongly listed as a single adult. Kept calling to check—also confused about our reservation for airport shuttle although I’d confirmed it a couple of times. (Woke us up a 6 am to find out WHAT shuttle we were taking—even though I’d confirmed the 10 am shuttle a couple of times.)"

"Clean & compact. Staff is efficient and professional. 7-Eleven and other food outlets on this level. Only downside is there seems to be no public washroom on the bottom level where Boxtel is located. Bit of a hike up to the next floor to go the washroom."
