"We stayed at this property a month ago and felt if was nice for the price we paid. This time we paid $30 more and the experience wasn't as good. My husband likes the breakfast. It has a good variety and is fresh. Our check in was fine, but I had used Expedia to book our stay and I chose a regular room with a king size bed. We were put in an accessible room, which was $10 cheaper on the app, but I chose a regular room for the extra $10 so I could have a regular tub. The associate gave us a new room, the type I had booked. We were put in a room on the end, which was full of smoke. Either someone was smoking in their room, or, people propped the door and were smoking outside. The people in the room next to us were playing a base guitar or something. The associate tried to get their attention to stop, but they didn't answer the door and turned up their TV! Again, we were moved so we didn't have to hear the reverberating noise. The keys didn't work on the new room. When my husband went down to let them know, mind you, we are exhausted, sheived us to a different room. It was a room with a tub with jets. The jets worked fine, but the knobs were corroded and falling off. The bed most definitely needed a new mattress and I'm not a fan of small square pillows. Really, if we would have paid what we did the last time, it would have been exactly what we paid for. This time, not so much. The staff are nice. They tried to be accommodating. They allowed us an extra hour to check out. "

"Love this spot when flying in and out of Cleveland. So cool that they repurposed a NACA building fro. The past. Super clean and friendly staff. Shuttle service is great."

"Overall a nice experience. There were two issues with our room. The bathroom sink had its stopper sunken in and stuck. Next the AC was not working. I alerted the desk and they did fix it in a timely manner. So while it was mildly inconvenient at first they did a great job fixing the problems."

"This place was awful. Truly flithy dirty disturbing! The keys didnt work so they had to open the door and leave ir cracked open for you. There was so much grease and grim and items under the bed and behind the nightstands. The tub looked like it may fall in. We left. There was no way i was staying there. It appears to be more of a long term stay for recovering addicts "

"I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience during our recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport by IHG on April 3rd. Upon arrival, I was met by a front desk agent (white male, older with glasses) who displayed unprofessional behavior, including using inappropriate language immediately after a phone call and maintaining a dismissive attitude toward me. When I inquired if there was an issue, he did adjust his demeanor; however, the initial interaction was concerning. We had reserved two rooms on the second floor, traveling with three senior citizens and two children. Shortly after check-in, we were informed that the elevator was out of service. This presented a significant inconvenience for our group and impacted our overall experience. Additionally, I noticed that the condition of our rooms did not appear to meet Marriott standards. I have photographs that I would be happy to share for your review. There was no receipt sent upon checkout, even after requesting an email. I wanted to bring this to your attention, not only to address the immediate issues but also to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar challenges. While I understand that operational issues can occur, the combination of unprofessional staff behavior and facility limitations made our stay difficult."

"The room has a bad smell and was dirty. Stains on the wall, shower was dirty, Towels were not clean. I would not stay there again or any other Red Roof Inn after this experience"
