"We stayed at this hotel in 2023 and had a much better experience than this time. During our recent 10-night stay, the overall cleanliness was disappointing. The floors were dirty and were not cleaned even once during our stay, and the rooms had noticeable stains. A lot seems to have changed since 2023, unfortunately not for the better. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the breakfast buffet manager was quite rude—not directly to us, but we overheard him speaking harshly, saying he “only has two hands” and showing attitude toward guests. The location is great, which is a big plus. Still, due to the cleanliness issues and overall decline in service, we would not choose to stay here again."

The hotel itself was welcoming with complimentary treats in the room which was a pleasant surprise and overall staff were helpful. Breakfast was brilliant, offering a wide selection and staff were attentive including Rehmatullah who took his time every morning to check in with us, absolutely lovely gentleman. Can't fault our stay and am looking to book my second stay with them!"
