No AC in the hotel, it's too hot in the rooms

I can't believe that a 4 star hotel doesn't have AC installed. We stayed for 4 nights and I didn't get any good sleep beacuse there was no AC in the rooms and it was too hot inside. I aksed at the front desk the first day and they told me they only have be tilstion in the rooms. In 22nd century I didn't check before booking so I'm writing this so somebody else don't mske the same mistake Also the lightning in the room was teribble. The staff is ok and polite but beacuse of the AC and the lights in the room I wouldn't reccomend it to anyone.

Keuze diner was beperkt. Omdat in onze groep mensen met dieetwensen zaten, kregen we allemaal een beperkt menu. Uiteindelijk kregen we toch de gewone menukaart maar was niet van alles meer voldoende aanwezig. Dit was geen goede start van het diner. Wel lekker gegeten.

Nice and clean hotel and welcoming team

We were welcomed nicely and check-in procedure was fast. Rooms are clean, large and very soundproof (the highway is close and we heard nothing from it). The gym area is nice and the breakfast buffet offer a good variety of tasty food. The only little thing is that the mattress was too firm for me (but my husband had no issue so it's just a question of preference).
