We had a pleasant stay at Premiere Suites. The suite is spacious and clean. Although we didn't use the kitchen, I saw that it has the basic things. There is a laundry room in each floor with 3 washers and 2 dryers. Laundry detergent is also provided. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay - great location (walkable on the edge of the city centre and right opposite Centraal station and convenient for trams and metro), very clean apartment. Only thing I'd flag is not enough hooks in the bathroom - please add more!

Excelente!
O local é limpo, agradável, dispõe de utensílios para cozinhar e todos os ítens de higiene. A localização é excelente e isso ajuda muito na mobilidade pois fica na frente da estação central que é lindíssima. A recepção funciona em tempo integral e eles estiveram atentos e disponíveis a todas as nossas solicitações. Excelente!

Premier Suites Plus is easy assessable, just opposite to Rotterdam Centraal Station. The receptionists are polite, the room size is big and comfort. Recommend to everyone!

Very nice
Large and very clean room. have a pantry with many kitchen implements for cooking. Very good location that very close to the Rotterdam Central station. Staffs are nice too.

We did a BeNeLux trip with my husband, and this hotel was by far our favorite! The suits were very spacious. Easy to reach most places in the city by foot or bike. Laundry room was the only let down: was very hot, and clothes was not drying in the dryer, but it was free and an unexpected bonus anyway. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The lobby has great coffee and tea selection too. Would definitively recommend this place to friends.

We hebben hier samen 4 fantastische dagen gehad. De kamer was ruim, hygienisch, mooi,... Alles wat moest aanwezig zijn was dat ook. Het kon niet beter zijn qua ligging ook... Vlak bij het centraal station en heel dichtbij de winkels en de bezienswaardigheden. En het personeel was zeker en vast ook enorm vriendelijk en professioneel!!! Dank je wel om hierdoor ons verblijf in Rotterdam onvergetelijk te maken!!!

This hotel is amazing ❤️ I stayed in Rotterdam for a few days but was at a different hotel at one point that was nice but I so wish I would’ve picked the premier suite hotel first. They are so welcoming and nice, I had Laura check me and she was super sweet which I appreciated & loved being in a foreign country & all. The lobby is so comfortable and inviting and the rooms were perfect, it was like having your own apartment than a actual hotel it gave home comfortable vibes. It was so comfortable and clean. I really loved that they had a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, utensils, plates, cups it was nothing like I’ve experienced before! The space was great big closet with hairdryer and ironing board very eco-friendly I had the best time there and will definitely book with them for sure again, I highly recommend it !!!

The room is spacious and clean. Property is where all tenants need keycard to access elevators and front door is locked at night. Wonderful coffee machine complementary which is one thing I enjoy every morning there. Train station is right across the street.

We were urgently looking for somewhere to stay as we were not comfortable at our previous stay. Premier Suite Rotterdam exceeded our expectations! Our view was beautiful, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and having access to the free laundry room made the one night stay the best we've had so far. The staff were extremely friendly and was even contactable via whatsapp! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was my first time staying at the property, but it won't be the last! I plan on returning next year during my annual visit to The Northsea Jazz Festival. Great location.

Good but could be better.
The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was clean when we arrived. They were short staffed but the staff they had was very friendly. We put the sign out our door for garbage pickup and it never happened, almost every day there was an issue with the parking ticket, and they just didn’t seem to have enough people to keep up with the clientele.
