"We stayed in Room 701 and it was outstanding. As a corner room, it offered breathtaking views over the city, fjord/harbour and mountains, and we were even able to see the aurora from the room when it was active. The décor was warm and stylish, the room spotless and cleaned daily, and the bed very comfortable. It was a little warm at around 20°C, and the thermostat didn’t seem to lower, but opening the window solved this easily. The room was also very quiet. Facilities were excellent, including a minibar (charged), kettle with teas/coffees, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safe and reliable free Wi‑Fi. The lifts were fast and rarely busy. Breakfast was exceptional with a huge selection and is definitely worth adding to your booking. The lobby, bar and dining areas were beautifully decorated. The rooftop bar was closed during our stay, but you can still access the rooftop itself, which made for a great place to view the aurora. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had no issues during our stay, and the hotel happily stored our luggage after checkout while we waited for our late flight. The location was perfect, with most tours departing about a 15‑minute walk away. The cable car is around a 30‑minute walk, but it takes longer because the views are so stunning you keep stopping for photos! Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay again."

"We stayed in the igloo, glamping! What an amazing experience! It was amazing. Clean, new, beautiful, comfy bed and lounge chairs, fireplace and incredible view of ocean, mountains and northern lights! The staff was amazing! Very helpful and hospitable. Breakfast was brought to the room in a picnic box, warm, yummy and a ton of food fresh and made as requested. The dinner was delicious!!! Great experience! Make sure to wear warm clothing, layered with good boots and you'll absolutely love the experience! "

" Very clean and comfortable room . Cozy stay at a small place . the hosts were very helpful and friendly. The only thing is tgat ther are not available after 9 pm and there is no way to contact them if you need anything. We were the only ones -3 couples at the hotel. It seemed like home . Great stay for a night"
