Just to note-lovely brilliant stay but there is no air con if that is on your ‘must’ list Great stay-breakfast adequate and enough-usual fayre. We ate evening meal in restaurant and service and food were excellent-would recommend 👍 As there were two of us travelling -plus-there were actually 2 x chairs in the room to sit on

Nice room in a great location. The recent renovations were very nice and the craftsmanship was excellent. A bit of a disappointment was that we had to pay 10 euros for a lost plastic room key card. The card itself has printed on it a note saying lost cards will be charged. But this honestly seemed like a cash grab when they enforced it, as the card is no different than any other hotel card on our trip. Other than this let down, was nice overall.

The breakfast was good. Check in staff were ok but not overly helpful or friendly. Our room had a very bad smell in the toilet. But since we were there only one night we didn’t complain. It was a good location and the parking was convenient.

Arrived on the biggest festival day of the year but staff was great and helped us navigate the crazy parking situation as the city gates were closed making their normal lot unavailable. Room was small as expected but perfectly located near everything. Breakfast was very good and lots of room for the packed house. Ate at the hotel restaurant which was very good as well. Great value and spotlessly clean.

Great location just in the town walls. Parking was a fussy but manageable with paid parking outside wall for the 2 nights. Our room was by front restaurant so very noisy until it closed. Breakfast for 15€ was worth for convenience.

Started out with a rather Kurt check in. We are aware of.the language barrier, but no need for rudeness. Room was okay, was a bit stuffy on an 85 degree day. Breakfast was a real pain. Almost every hotel we have stayed in, only a room number was required. As it turns out they wanted prepayment and made a scene in the service room. Not a terrible stay, but staff could be a little bit more aware of language and cultural differences.
