"Next door was a bar with foodat night and coffee in the morning. Plus got a discount for staying at hotel."

"All emeas perfect"

"Hot Tub and Pool need cleaning"

"Nice place 👌"

"Breakfast was overcooked each of the four days with eggs rubbery and brown in spots, potatoes cooked hard and inedible, and sausage cooked to resemble hockey pucks. The carpet in my room had crumbs and other debris. When I complained to housekeeping, I was told only used towels were replaced on multi day stays: no cleaning, no bed making, no replacing of Al, used towels."

"It was a completely fine stay before our early flight out. Room was big, shower was divine after 7 days hiking through the parks. Everything was super clean and comfortable and staff was polite and knowledgeable. Good restaurants within walking distance. I will stay there again if we go back."

"So, it seems I get charged 85.85 for a bowl not washed and put away. When you first get your keys, you already know this place is looking for any reason to charge on your deposit. Funny, I stayed at ES Sonesta near Disneyland for 10 days, best experience ever. I was expecting the same kind of hotel, but the Fresno location is disappointing. Carpets in hallways dirty and smell musty, if you wanted to use the pool it was dirty, etc"

"Great location and very clean property."

"everything was perfect I have no complains at all"

"First night saw roaches."

"Very thing smelled, stained, worn/broken. Property in terrible condition. Would never recommend to anyone. Does it even pass inspection? NOT DECENT,SAFE NOR SANITARY. Checkout after looking and still charged for one night."

"Everything was great!"
