Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Die als Nichtraucherwohnung ausgeschriebene Wohnung hat massiv nach Rauch gerochen. Die gesamte Kleidung hat danach gestunken. Wurde beim Vermieter auch angemerkt, aber ohne Kürzung des Mietpreises. Die Wohnung hatte nur 2 Doppelzimmer und kein Wohnzimmer, wie versprochen. Auch kein Sessel, etc. vorhanden.

Möblierung funktional aber zusammengewürfelt. Terassenmöbel verdreckt, Strandkorb unbrauchbar, Duschtasse nicht sauber! Nach Reklamation Appartement gewechselt, dies war sauber, aber ohne Flair. Sessel ohne Sitzpolsterung. WLAN nicht brauchbar, Internetgesschwindigkeit 18 bis 100 Mbit. Totalausfall!!

Die Ausstattung war mit Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine neben den sonst üblichen Küchengeräten überdurchschnittlich. Gleiches gild dafür, daß 2 Balkone vorhanden waren. Die Möbel waren funktional und i.O. wenn auch nicht der aktuellste Standard. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und direkt am Strand. Das Frühstück im Hotel "Stolteraa" ist sehr umfangreich und reichhaltig, sehr empfehlenswert. Das Parkplatzproblem ist in Warnemünde ein leidiges. Daher empfiehlt sich das Angebot des Vermieters wahrzunehmen. Da die Rezeption des Hotel "Sanddorn", die auch die FW der Residenz am Strande betreut, nur vormittags besetzt war (außerhalb der Saison), fühlten wir uns nicht adäquat betreut.

Beim Einchecken kam man sich fast vor als wäre man aufdringlich. Zimmer ok - allerdings nicht den Fotos entsprechend. Für ein Doppelzimmer mit Kochnische nochmal 40 Euro Endreinigung gezahlt bei 2 Übernachtungen. Handtuch - bzw. Bettwäschewechsel müsste bei längerem Aufenthalt auch separat bezahlt werden.

die Parksituation ist sehr bescheiden und leider kommt es auch zu Überschneidungen beim Verkauf der Parkplätze. Leider ist dann nicht immer im Hause ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, was eine Klärung sehr problematisch macht. Sonst eine TOP Lage und großzügige Wohnung.

Eingangstür am Hotel war Defekt als wir kamen,hatten Mühe die Rezeption surch den Seiteneingang zu finden. Leider keine Parkmöglichkeit mehr. Wollten Endreinigung ,obwohl Hotelzimmer gebucht wurde. Hat sich aber dann geklärt.

Urlaubsverlängerung nach Aida Reise Residenz am Strande ist toll gelegen, aber schon sehr "in die Jahre gekommen". Besonders die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit auf den Balkonen ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Hotel in Strandnähe

Wir hatten einen freundlichem Empfang. Probleme gab es beim Parkplatz. Sehr eng und klein. Auf den ersten Blick war unser Apartment ordentlich. Jedoch waren auf dem Kopfkissen schwarze Haare. Es war leider nicht nur ein Haar sondern einige. Die Dusche ist gefühlt schon 25 Jahre alt. Im Bad hing auch Staubweben von der Decke. Wem das alles nicht stört und nur mal schnell was zu schlafen sucht wäre das Zimmer ok. Eine Empfehlung können wir für unser Zimmer/Hotel nicht geben.

Die Strandnähe ist das einzig Positive

Als Nichtraucherzimmer roch es deutlich nach Rauch - ekelig, man zahlt für die Endreinigung, erhält aber ein Zimmer mit Ostseesand auf dem Boden wo man nur hinschaut - freundliche Überreste der Vormieter - sollte ich vielleicht selber putzen? die Putzfrau versteht kein Deutsch, das Personal weiß gar nichts, die Chefin fühlt sich auch nicht zuständig, Probleme zu lösen - "Ich bin nicht da und mein Personal ist morgen alleine und muss 14 Frühstücke vorbereiten, da hat sie keine Zeit sich darum zu kümmern." Man bezahlt 6 Euro pro Tag für einen Stellplatz, der schlussendlich nicht zur Verfügung steht, trotz Bitte um Lösung des Problems, bleibt man sich selbst überlassen. Verwirrend auch, dass Spätanreisende sich den Schlüssel im anderen Hotel die Straße weiter runter abholen müssen, gezahlt wird im Nachbarhotel, und das auch nicht am Ende des Aufenthalts, sondern nach Anreise, man wohnt aber in der 3. Adresse. Im Prinzip gehören alle genannten Objekte einer GmbH - Klüngel. Auch wäre es schön, wenn man bei der Buchung des Appartements das gebuchte Appartement abgebildet sehen würde und nicht die Luxusbude, die es dann überhaupt nicht ist - man selbst wird stolzer Mieter von: zerkratztem Laminat und einer Einrichtung vom Einfachsten! Nur 1 Zimmer und nicht wie versprochen ein Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer!!! Ich fühlte mich betrogen, es ist Abzockerei!!! Das Geld nur max. die Hälfte des gezahlten Betrag wert!!!

Alles in allem OK

Apartement war ganz in Ordnung, hat uns aber nicht vom Hocker gehauen. Hervorheben können wir die Betten und die Dusche. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und auch die Dusche war top. Ansonsten recht unpersönlich eingerichtet, auch in der Küche könnte man noch so einiges an Utensilien hinzufügen. Die Lage ist wiederum perfekt! Sehr ruhig und direkt am Strand.

Fint ophold i dejlig lejlighed og stille område

Flot, rumlig og ren lejlighed, med alle bekvemmeligheder. Meget stille område. Personalet var meget søde og hjælpsomme, selvom de ikke talte engelsk kunne vi stadig finde ud af. Vi kommer meget sandsynligt igen.

Buchung über Expedia nicht im Hotel angekommen, nahezu keine Hilfe durch Personal vor Ort, einen Ersatz zu finden, eher ein halbstündiges Lamentieren über Schuld und Nicht-Schuld... Zimmer sind für Komfort zu teuer

Das Appartement war wunderbar gelegen, ruhig und doch zentral. Besonders nett und sehr gut war das Frühstück im nahegelegenen Hotel Stolteraa.
