Staff is very friendly and attentive. Location is unbeatable - right on the beach and only 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Very good quality on a 3-star level.

Great location.

The hotel has a great position on the beach next to the promenade. Room size is good but the bathroom could do with a makeover, a shower rather than the bath would make better use of the space.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits en demi-pension Hôtel bien situé face à la mer et à proximité de tout Très bon accueil , tout le personnel est agréable souriant et serviable La chambre que nous avions ,donné dans la rue avec une vue partielle sur la mer avec un petit balcon Lit très confortable. La télé n’avait pas de connexion. Signale à l’accueil. Salle de bain très grande. Dommage pas assez de pression pour se laver. Pour le restaurant. C’est un sel Service. Beaucoup de choix tres bon Très bon petit déjeuner La piscine est petite. Nous avons eu de la chance, il n’y avait personne. À refaire

Nous avons téléphoné vendredi soir pour indiquer que nous serions en retard à 20h30.Nous avions réservé deux nuits et deux repas du soir. La dame au téléphone nous a dit qu il était trop tard et nous a raccroché au nez. Nous sommes donc allés manger ailleurs et effectués notre enregistrement à 23 heures. L hôtesse d accueil nous a dit qu il fallait tout payer (même le repas pas pris) et que nous ferions rembourser le lendemain. Sauf que le lendemain on nous a refusé ce remboursement. J ai envoyé un message à l établissement qui a lu mes explications et qui répond à côté de la plaque en me disant que je suis arrivé à 23 heure et c est normal qu à cette heure là.. le restaurant est fermé !!Bref en plus on nous prend pour des nouilles ! Je souhaiterai le remboursement de ce repas . C est juste de la politesse.

The hotel is in a perfect location and it is worth paying a little extra for a room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Unfortunately the paintwork was in very poor state and the room needed a makeover as it looked tired. My king size bed was actually two singles pushed together so there was an uncomfortable ridge down the centre. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast and dinner on offer were both buffets. The first morning none of the supposedly hot food was in fact hot, not even warm, and the dinner buffet was the same. I only ate there one evening. In spite of the above I enjoyed the stay due to location and staff and would stay again.

Hotel charme et authentique

Idéalement situé au bord de la mer a 2 pas du centre-ville il se différencie des hôtels modernes en ayant gardé le charme des couleurs chaudes de la catalogne. Le petit-déjeuner est offert ,l initiative est louable ,mais certaines améliorations sur la qualité des produits et le réapprovisionnement des denrées pourraient grandement améliorer l expérience globale des clients

Gentle waves on the shore...

We decided to upgrade our room for one with a sea view. It was well worth it. The sounds of the lapping waves was so relaxing and there's so much to see from the balcony. Hotel is in a perfect position and the parking was easy. A huge selection of food for the breakfast. Even though there were a lot of other guests, the dining room never felt crowded. Roses is one of our favourite resorts and we will definitely be back.

Goede locatie en schoon. Maar prijs (EUR180 pn incl ontbijt) / kwaliteit niet in verhouding. Dat het gedateerd is, is nog daar aan toe maar het niet goed kunnen douchen vanwege haast geen water uit de kraan is echt niet goed. 1 avond zelfs helemaal geen water - dit bij de receptie aangegeven. Manager gaf aan niets te doen, was maar paar minuutjes. Dit was echt niet het geval. Niet goed opgepakt door het hotel. Wel nog extra 17 euro per nacht extra moeten betalen om de auto te parkeren. Verhoudingen raken dan een beetje uit balans....
