"Beautiful accommodations."

"Extremely nice hotel in the center of town. Very helpful, friendly and efficient staff."

"Very clean. The spa was great. Close to downtown."

"ทำเลดี อยู่กลางเมือง อาหารเช้าดี ใกล้ที่จอดรถสาธารณะ"

"The staff at this location are exceptional- helpful and kind. Some things are left to be desired... had some dingy furniture and dirty showers. The breakfast was good, with wonderful service."

"Been coming here at least twice a year, by far one of the best accommodations in the town with easy walking access to the town/walls/train and bus stations. Unfortunately the hotel has been under renovation for the past year and it’s slowly coming along. The front area could be improved as it usually has a tour bus blocking the entry or a crowd of smokers."

"This is a super nice hotel. Conveniently located. Large rooms. Heated towel rack. Lots of amenities. Would stay here again and again."

"Beautiful spot"

"We went to Derry to learn about the old and more recent history of the city This B and B is situated just north of the old city walls offering easy access to the Peace Bridge, Guild Hall, local tours and nightlife We were very happy with the location and our hosts cooked up a wonderful Irish breakfast to ready us for a day of exploration - finding parking on the street right in front was easy"

"Loved the area, it was very walkable. The room was clean and a good size. Appreciated the free parking option but it was a little difficult carting 4 bags of luggage from parking to the room, then up the stairs."

"We enjoyed our stay, it was comfortable, quiet and the breakfast was lovely. The host was wonderful, very accommodating and friendly."

"We had a lovely stay the room was spacious and clean, all the staff we interacted with were very polite and friendly! Great food in the bar and a good breakfast selection…we would be very happy to stay in the Everglades again."

"Soon after my father's unexpected passing we contacted the hotel with a request for a refund.  We sent several messages and left a phone message explaining the circumstances and that we had to fly home.  We eventually received a message stating that they would not refund our stay even though there was 2 weeks to re-rent it to someone else.  We understand that it was within their rights to not refund our money. Our experience though was that each and every hotel besides this one had compassion...

"Serendipity house, lies about their amenities.  You cannot access the patio unless it’s breakfast for only 1.5 hours. There is NO lobby available for you to use. Additionally, there is NO RESTRUANT and NO BAR. They even listed it in the hotel room upon our stay, and neither were available, and the looks of it, they have not been available for quite a while. They do not care that they are lying. When you come you only have access to your room, so don’t plan on having anywhere else to hang out,...
