I've never been treated more disrespectfully in many years of traveling as I was by this hotel. Because of them I had to sleep at the airport as a solo female traveller. "Absolutely would recommend if you want to be in this part of Toronto. Lots of places to eat and get groceries. Room has microwave and fridge. The water pressure is terrible. Non smoking floor but could smell smoke in the bathroom fan from another room (assuming). Room is dark. Even with lamps it just is very dim light. However bed is huge and comfortable. Great layout. Big bathroom. Desk and couch with side table all really useful for my business trip. Printer in the lobby for use and the buffet breakfast is lovely. Hotel is bright and modern and I would stay again."
