This is a nine month old property with a friendly/helpful team, excellent condition, and great amenities including laundry room, heated pool, and multi option breakfast (best cinnamon rolls ever) - all at a good price. As a longtime Hilton and Marriott member, this was my first Holiday Inn Express stay. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my stay. I highly recommend others staying at HIE (and eating at Thai restaurant across interstate).

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. This place is like new! Very clean, comfy beds, outside is neatly landscaped, staff were all very nice. There is a little traffic noise since it’s so near the freeway but nothing that kept us awake. There was the smell of cigarette smoke that would happen occasionally which we found out was from smokers sitting outside on the dining room patio below and the smoke was coming in through the ventilation system. They have a designated smoking area but apparently not everyone is using it. Staff were alerted and very apologetic. This certainly wasn’t a deal breaker for us and we will definitely return if our travels take us to the Roseburg area again.

Great hotel. New. Wonderful bathroom that was ALL IN ONE ROOM not like the horrible split bathrooms we have run into at some Best Western hotels. Coffee great-not instant, hot food and yoghurt in individual cups, not the large “vats” we have encountered at Best Western recently.

My family stayed a night here, on our way to the Wildlife Safari. Pros: Clean place with modern decor. Nice and helpful staff. Cookies at front desk. An area by front desk to purchase snacks, drinks, etc. Lots of options and large seating area at breakfast (with a nice view). Room bathrooms had liquid dispensers for hand soap, lotion, shampoo etc. Rooms were clean! Cons: the pool was closed for repairs but they had pool passes for the neighbor hotel. Our room was facing I-5 so there was some road noise, but our white noise machine and the fan helped. All in all a good stay. I'd keep it as an option for the future!

This hotel is very new so it is spotless but it’s more than that. There were special little things that made it better. A “chaise lounge sofa” near the window that I could sit at very comfortably. A little nightlight in the bathroom and enough lighting on the floor to get to the bathroom safely. Super comfy bed. And the staff was fantastic! Very friendly, efficient and professional. Jenny, who was in charge of the breakfast buffet, was wonderful! She did a great job with the food and cleaning the area but she was really friendly and genuinely a pleasure to be around. I’m so glad this hotel is available now for my stays in Roseburg!

The hallways still have "new carpet" smell. My room was spotless, including the bathroom with its shiny white bathtub. The attendant at breakfast was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and parking was convenient. If you enjoy Holiday Inn Express, you will love this brand new hotel. Tip: Ask for a room facing NW Mullholland Drive (instead of I-5) if road noise bothers you.
