"Clean Comfortable and quiet."

"The hotel was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good."

"Would stay again when in the area. Soft beds."

"Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfy"

"Austin was a great host: friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable! His facility is extremely well maintained and his waffles alone are worth the trip! We'll be back!"

"No biggies, just little failures, everywhere I looked; non-working lamps, door-lock spastic, shortage of bath linens, and what's up with the almost-breakfast? Offer guests dining, or just don't, already!"

"Excellent breakfast"

"Not perfect but ok. TV wasn’t working properly & front desk clerk couldn’t fix it."

"We loved the history of the property and enjoyed the experience of staying in a historic building. The breakfast was top notch, fresh, local and in two charming breakfast rooms. At check-in the manager carried both of our 50 bags up the stairs to our room for us and shared a lot of the hotel history. Just off Main Street, walking distance to Baseball HOF, shops, and restaurants. Two thumbs up!"

"The staff is awesome. Super accommodating. The Inn is an older building with many quirks but charming for the right traveler."

"Well done."

"Price quoted was not the price owner tried to charged. Coffeemaker provided with no coffee or filters, no cups. Towels were forgotten to be put in room. Heat, clock, and fridge were unplugged. Was questioned as to why I turned the heat on in the room. Advertises breakfast/ snack Cafe on premises not operational. No restaurants or stores nearby. Room was clean and spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable and clean."

"Spectacular interior spaces and super friendly owner. The interior is filled with incredible woodwork, especially grand staircase. Our suite was large and comfortable. Books everywhere to read. Great amount of satisfying choices for breakfast. We were pleasantly stuffed afterwards. Close to several restaurants. We were biking the Erie Canal Trail from Syracuse to Amsterdam NY and it was very convenient, close to trail and owner insisted on having our bikes inside. Loved it!!!"

"great stay great owner great location"
